1. Who we are
This policy describes how Easy Buyers (“Easy Buyers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information collected through easy2sellfast.com, our advertising, and our phone, text and email communications with you.
We are a real estate investment company. We buy residential and commercial property for our own account in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, Florida. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage, we do not represent you in a transaction, and we do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.
Business address: [FILL IN — full street address required]

2. What we collect
We collect only what we need to price a property and reach you about it.
Information you give us
- Property information — the address, property type, condition, your timeline for selling, and any situation you tell us about (for example that a property was inherited, is tenant-occupied, or has liens or code violations).
- Contact information — your name, phone number, and email address.
- Anything else you send us — the contents of texts, emails, voicemails, and notes we take during calls with you.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and time spent on the site.
- Referral and campaign data — the ad, campaign, or link that brought you here, including identifiers such as
fbclid, gclid, andutm_parameters. We store the first source that brought you to the site so we can measure which advertising works.
Information about the property from third parties
After you give us an address, we look it up in commercial real estate data services and public records to price an offer. That can include ownership records, sale and mortgage history, tax and assessment data, permits, liens, code violations, and estimated property characteristics. This is information about the property, drawn from public and commercial sources, and we obtain it whether or not you provide it to us.
We do not run a credit check, and we do not ask for your Social Security number, bank account, or payment information to give you an offer. If anyone contacts you claiming to be us and asks for those things before a signed contract and a licensed title company are involved, do not provide them — call us at (888) 338-1412 to verify.
3. Where it comes from
- Forms you complete on easy2sellfast.com.
- Lead forms you complete on Facebook or Instagram in response to our ads. When you submit one of those, Meta sends us the information you entered.
- Phone calls, text messages, and emails between you and us.
- Public records and commercial property-data providers, as described above.
4. How we use it
- To research a property and prepare a cash offer.
- To contact you about that offer and answer your questions.
- To negotiate, document, and close a purchase if you accept.
- To measure which ads and pages produce sellers, and to improve them.
- To keep records required for tax, accounting, and legal compliance, including records of your consent to be contacted.
- To detect and prevent fraud, spam submissions, and abuse of our site.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other investors or lead buyers. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and obtain consent where the law requires it.
5. Calls and texts
When you submit a form and check the consent box, you agree that we may contact you by phone call, text message, and email at the number and address you gave us, about the property you asked us to price. That may include calls or texts sent using automated technology or a prerecorded or artificial voice.
- Consent is not a condition of any purchase or sale. You can ask us for an offer and refuse contact by any particular method.
- Message frequency varies based on where your property is in our process. Message and data rates may apply.
- To stop texts, reply STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. To stop calls, tell us on any call or email us.
- We place calls and send texts only between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. in your local time zone.
- We maintain an internal do-not-call list. Once you ask us to stop, we suppress your number and keep a record of the request.
We may record or monitor calls for quality and training. Florida law generally requires all parties to consent to recording a call, so where we record, we will tell you at the start of the call and you may decline.
6. Email
We email you about your offer and property. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link and our physical mailing address, and we honor unsubscribe requests promptly. We may still send you non-marketing messages about an active transaction after you unsubscribe from marketing.
7. Who we share it with
| Who | Why |
|---|---|
| Communications provider (Quo) | To send and receive the calls and text messages we exchange with you. |
| Property data providers (BatchData) | To look up records for the property so we can price an offer. |
| Hosting and infrastructure providers | To run our website and store our records securely. |
| Advertising and analytics platforms (Meta, Google) | To measure ad performance. See section 8. |
| Title companies, closing agents, attorneys, inspectors, lenders | Only if you move forward with a sale, and only what the closing requires. |
| Our professional advisors | Accountants and attorneys, under confidentiality obligations. |
| Government or legal requesters | When required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our legal rights. |
| A successor | If our business or its assets are sold or merged, records may transfer to the buyer. |
Our service providers may use your information only to perform services for us.
8. Advertising and analytics
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram (Meta) and may advertise on Google. These platforms place cookies or similar technologies on our site that tell them when someone who saw or clicked an ad later took an action, such as submitting our form. We may also send Meta or Google a hashed, non-readable version of your email address or phone number so they can match a conversion to an ad without receiving your details in readable form.
We use this to measure cost per lead and to reach people similar to sellers we have worked with. You can limit ad personalization in your Meta ad settings and Google ad settings.
9. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies and similar browser storage:
- Necessary — to make the site work, including saving your partly completed form so you do not lose it if you leave and return.
- Analytics — to count visits and see which pages lead to submissions.
- Advertising — set by Meta and Google as described above.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking necessary cookies may stop parts of the form from working.
10. How long we keep it
We keep lead and property records for [FILL IN — e.g. 3 years] after our last contact with you, and closed-transaction records for at least seven years, which is the period our tax and legal obligations require. We keep records of do-not-contact requests indefinitely, because that is what lets us keep honoring them.
11. Your choices and rights
- Stop texts — reply STOP to any message.
- Stop calls — tell us on any call, or email us.
- Stop marketing email — use the unsubscribe link.
- See, correct, or delete what we hold about you — email us and we will respond within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity first, and we may keep what the law requires us to keep.
Withdrawing consent does not affect contact we made before you withdrew it, and we may still need to reach you about a transaction already under contract.
12. California residents
If you live in California, the CCPA as amended gives you the right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, the right to delete it, the right to correct it, the right to opt out of sale or sharing, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by the CCPA. To make a request, email easy2sellfast@yahoo.com with “California Privacy Request” in the subject line. An authorized agent may submit on your behalf with written permission.
13. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and authentication on the systems that store lead records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by Florida law.
14. Children
Our site is meant for adults who own or are otherwise authorized to sell real property. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we will delete it.
15. Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the revised version here and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will make that clear on the site.
