The short version. We buy property for our own account. Anything you see on this site is an invitation to talk, not a binding offer. Nothing becomes binding until both sides sign a written purchase agreement. We are not your agent, your broker, or your advisor.
1. Who these terms are between
These terms govern your use of easy2sellfast.com, operated by Easy Buyers, a Florida limited liability company. By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. We are a buyer, not a broker
We purchase real property for our own account, to renovate, rent, or resell. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage and we do not act as your agent. We do not owe you the fiduciary duties a licensed agent owes a client, and we do not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice.
You are encouraged to consult your own attorney, accountant, or a licensed real estate professional before selling. Selling to a cash buyer is one option among several, and it is not the right choice for everyone.
3. Offers are non-binding until signed
- Requesting an offer costs nothing and obligates you to nothing.
- Any figure we give you — verbally, by text, by email, or in writing — is a proposal, not a contract, and it does not obligate either of us.
- Offers are based on the information you provide and on our research. If the property materially differs from what was described, we may revise or withdraw an offer.
- Offers are valid for the period stated in them, and if none is stated, for [FILL IN — e.g. 7 days].
- A binding agreement exists only when both you and Easy Buyers have signed a written purchase and sale agreement.
4. Your responsibilities
By submitting a form you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You own the property, or you are legally authorized to act for the owner — for example as a personal representative, trustee, or under a power of attorney.
- The information you give us is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- The phone number and email you give us are yours, and you are authorized to receive messages at them.
5. Contacting you
How we contact you, and how you stop it, is described in our Privacy Policy. In short: we call, text, and email you about the property you asked us to price; consent is never a condition of any purchase or sale; and you can reply STOP to any text or tell us on any call to be removed.
6. Results are not guaranteed
Timelines, figures, and outcomes described on this site — including closing speed, typical ranges, and past transactions — are illustrative of prior results and are not a promise of what will happen with your property. Every property, title situation, and closing is different.
7. Acceptable use
Do not submit false information, submit property you have no authority over, use automated tools to flood our forms, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
8. Intellectual property
The content, design, and branding on this site belong to Easy Buyers. You may view and print pages for your own use in evaluating a sale. You may not copy, republish, or use them commercially without our written permission.
9. Third-party links and services
The site may link to or rely on services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easy Buyers is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability arising out of the site is limited to [FILL IN — e.g. $100].

11. Governing law and disputes
